3.1 Single Account. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) ev88 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your ev88 account. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. ev88 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ev88 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify ev88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ev88 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Verification. ev88 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ev88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ev88 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. ev88 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the account is under investigation for suspected fraud or bonus abuse; (c) active bonus wagering requirements have not been met; or (d) the withdrawal request is inconsistent with the player's deposit history.
4.5 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. ev88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return such funds to their source.

6.1 All bets placed on the ev88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. ev88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; (b) ev88 suspects the bet was placed using information not available to the general public; (c) a technical error has affected the odds or game outcome; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.
6.3 Errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or payouts, ev88 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. ev88 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 All bets are final once confirmed. ev88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by specific game rules.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works; (c) reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; or (d) use any Platform content for commercial purposes without ev88's prior written consent.
8.3 Any unauthorised use of ev88's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9.1 The ev88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ev88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 ev88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if ev88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 ev88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ev88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ev88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request the closure of your ev88 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules, and any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
13.1 ev88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ev88 will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the ev88 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
